We provide services in the following areas: Lexington, Georgetown, Maysville, Carlisle, Cynthiana, Mt. Olivet, and Paris, Kentucky.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may vary based on:

• Materials required
• Accessibility of the property
• Seasonal factors

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and credit cards
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling and cancellation policies:

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Weather-related delays are not considered cancellations
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

Liability and Insurance

Orlando's Landscaping is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance to protect both our business and our clients. We are not responsible for damage to existing irrigation systems, utilities, or other underground installations unless specifically noted in our estimate.

Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and providing access to water and electricity if needed for the project.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all plant material and installation work. This covers plant replacement if they fail to thrive due to installation issues. Normal wear and tear, weather damage, or lack of proper maintenance are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Orlando's Landscaping's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Fayette County, Kentucky.
