SMS Privacy
For SMS communications, we collect your mobile phone number, consent records (including timestamp, method, and source page), and message interaction data (such as delivery status and carrier keyword events).
We use this data to send quote follow-ups, scheduling confirmations/reminders, arrival/service updates, rescheduling, service follow-ups, Google review requests, and occasional seasonal promotions/discounts for users who opted in.
We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data. We may share data with messaging service providers (including Twilio) strictly to deliver and support SMS communications.
We retain SMS consent and related compliance records for at least 4 years after your last interaction or opt-out request, and longer if required by law.
